Vicki Knight joined Northwoods Law Group in March 2024 and trained under Kari Shogren, learning from her decades of experience in helping families secure essential benefits for elderly and disabled loved ones. Before joining the firm, Vicki worked for many years in medical offices as an insurance biller, experience that gave her a strong understanding of the challenges families face when navigating healthcare and financial systems. She knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when a loved one needs significant care, and she brings empathy, patience, and a steady hand to every client she assists. Vicki manages and submits multiple Medical Assistance applications each month, guiding families through what can be a complicated—and sometimes confusing—process with clarity and compassion.
Outside of work, Vicki enjoys attending theater productions throughout the Twin Cities, spending time with her spouse and adult children, and doting on her two dogs, Rosie and Charlie.
